LIV RESIDENCE

LIV Residence is a G+27-story waterfront tower developed by LIV Real Estate Development. It offers 179 residential apartments in the heart of Dubai Marina, including studios, one, two, two + M, three-bedroom units, and four-bedroom penthouses.

PAYMENT PLAN

LIV Residence is available with a 40/60 payment plan, in which the buyer pays 10% at the time of purchase and 30% during construction. The remaining 60% can be paid at the time of completion.
