PENINSULA

As one of Dubai’s upcoming master plans by Select Group, the Peninsula has caught eyes of many. To live up to its name, the Peninsula project is cozied by the Dubai Water Canal, bringing in an exclusive waterfront community, and truly exhibiting the epitome of an oasis. The payment plan goes such that you can pay 30% in the first 6 months (i.e, 5% on booking and 25% during construction) and 70% on handover, which will be in Q4 2024.
