AYKON CITY TOWER

A modern architectural concept, AYKON City Tower is an upcoming project by Damac Properties in collaboration with Meraas. Based in the Golden Quadrant on the Sheikh Zayed Road, the AYKON City incorporates a collection of 6 towers – four of which, Towers A to D, have been unveiled and delivered as residential and luxury hotel apartments. The remaining two, Towers E and F, are yet to be announced.

LOCATIONS

Tower C hosts The “Residences”, where residents can enjoy the benefits of one of Dubai’s master developments. Whereas, Tower D will cater to the commercial part of the plans, The Offices. The project is also home to AYKON Dare, Dubai’s latest tourist attraction, where daredevils can venture out their interest for new and unique entertainments by ticking off “climb along the roof lines from 78th floor” from their bucket list.
